Prefabrication

Our pre-fabricated utility cupboards are available as 2D or 3D models with a white powder-coated box section frame. These are designed and ready for seamless integration, with all necessary equipment and materials, including underfloor manifolds, Heat Interface Units, MVHR systems, distribution boards, pre-wired dado, and smart metering capabilities. Each utility cupboard is manufactured to match the development's finish, further customised to site specifications.
